It would be very helpful for you to get some good counselling. What were you in rehab for? Obviously you didn't have a good experience there. Talk to your parents or an adult you trust and ask them to help you get some good counselling. I know you probably don't want to hear this, but you will have to work on your body if you want to get back to your normal weight and that means good balanced diet and lots of exercise and fresh air.
You are a beautiful young woman with your whole like ahead of you.... don't lose hope my dear - stay strong!
I hope you feel better soon.
You are beautiful.

Don't worry about your weight, in fact, buy a soft-porn magazine and look at the girls in it. Men prefer nicely rounded ladies to the hideously skinny models you see elsewhere.

Seriously, try to get more exercise. Turn off the TV and get off the computer. Go walking around the neighborhood. Join after school activities and REALLY work at eating healthier. Focus on fruits and vegetables. Graze on broccoli, carrots, and tomatoes throughout the day to keep your hunger in check. If you're not hungry, don't eat... drink water and only low calorie drinks.
