can anger, anxiety,d. have anything to do with passive aggressive disorder?

Question:

Answers:
Passive aggressive disorder is no longer a diagnosis, and passive aggressive behavior typically stems from anger at some person or event that a person might have taken to be directed at them and instead of reacting directly back at the source they do a covert act for revenge.

I would imagine that anxiety may accompany the hurt of the supposed act for which one would seek revenge, and the hurt may also cause depression as we tend to internalize any criticism or hurtful act.

Short answer, yes.

A professional could help you better, though.
I don't think there is such a disorder. Passive aggression is a behaviour .. and being "aggression" yes, anger is certainly a part of it. And being "passive", i.e. more repressed, yes, depression would be too. I would think it's really the other way around, that is passive aggression would be a sign that the person is angry and depressed.
