Think of things great in your life now. And think of your life in the future, how things would be. Take small steps not huge steps but take a little by little. Start out with a walk every morning. Eat "Special K" cereal for breakfast. Eat instead of chips and snack cakes eat a whole wheat tuna sand which. If your on a binge don't go and grab ice cream eat jell-o, or something low-fat. If you stick with it you can achieve anything. Do 10 min. walks try to do push-ups, sit-ups, jump rope start out small. You can do it! I hope the very best for you.:)

hey im unable to make small desions too and i am 14 and a skinny girl! What you need to is think about what you really want do a pro con list if you really need to. You also sometimes know what you want you just dont say it. Speak your mind it doesnt hurt you at all. And for your wheight proablem i know everyone tells you this eat healthly and exercise(join a gym). this is really the only way to go. Also heres a tip drink water when you are hungry because usaly when you are hungry your body just needs water. run like a dog for 10 km daily mornin
dont eat ny kinda junk food.
no fat at all
strt takin pushups (reach 100 daily)
but the important thing is not to loose focus on the above routine.
