i, for one,
never look at an anorexic person and say the word fat.
dont be so hard on yourself. do this:
go out and look at all the fat people at places like walmart and mcdonalds.
then look at you. see how skinny you are? see how fit you can be if you stop worrying?
dont ever,EVER look in the mirror and say you are fat.
what you SHOULD do is look in the mirror and say, wow, my hair looks fabulous or sheesh, this dress is gorgeous, or gosh, look at how sexy these shoes make my legs look. i suggest making a list of things you LOVE about yourself. every day try to get in at least 5, and after a while raise the bar to about 20 things you llike about yourself everyday.
the most important thing is to just limit your exersising. dont hurt yourself!
also, just know that the more you worry about things like this, the more it is imprinted in your brain. dont let the silliest thing as wieght ruin you life!
live a little!
