Mental problems?

Question:
I have always been unsure of things, example: My friend broke someones window, a person comes and ask me did i break that window. I 100 percent know i didn't do it, however i become fearful and scared to comfirm it, and would probably respond I don't know or I'm not sure. Example: my little brother trips on a rock and cries, my mom panics and asks me did i push him, (i know i didn't do it however theres this what if in my head, like what if i did do it, and i can't confirm it or i confirm it with uneasyness). I also arn't sure of my motives, i'm afarid i have bad motives even though i know my motives are good. Been like this all my life, gotten better as i got older.

you're used to having everything blamed on you
Sounds like it's time for some therapy.
speak your mind and be a self-confident person. You know you didn't do it, then YOU DIDN'T DO IT.
Try to focus on telling the truth, getting it out of your mouth, and not letting the fear overtake you. You should also talk to a professional about this because they might be able to give you tips or ideas or medication to help you overcome this.
aah you just think did i do it? well if you know u didnt physically touch him or if you dont remeber no you didnt do it and tell them to stop blaming you.!! =)
