Is having slightly a hint of green veins poping out normal?
Question:
Is having slightly a hint of green veins poping out normal?
I started lifting weights about a year and a half ago and more veins started to pop out which is to my liking however, i noticed with most bodybuilders, even in their off season ( not tanned) their veins are the same color as their skin, while i have my vein color which is slightly green pop out, is this normal? What is the cause for the color of the vein to comeout is it that the skin layer is thin therefore the natural color of the vein comes out? Other factors? Just an observation/ question not really a problem but i could use some sensible answers thanks.
Answers:
It just means your veins are close to the surface. The pigments of your skin and the color of your veins and blood make it look green.

spider veins are normal.... just annoying.
tanning will make then less visable
Almost sounds like you answered your own question! You don't mention how fair your complexion is, so I'm assuming you are fair because of the vein color you mention - which is all quite normal.
Well Im not sure what this has to do with mental health but ok. You veins are more of a blueish tin I would say.that it is because of a combination of the density of your skin and the amount of oxygen that has been removed from your blood by profusion to the tissue. Just a guess on my part. Ask a health care professional
it's normal sometimes they pop out when u strain u have nothing 2 woyour doctor.rry about but if u r scared u should ask your doctor
