i need help!!! Depressed Girlfriend?

Question: i have been with my girlfriend for more then three years her mom recently moved out on her family. Sending her into a depression well in the depressiaon she has gotten the feeling that she is gay. Is it possible that she who once loved being with me is now gay. I have tried to tell her no that you are born that way not that there is a problem but you can not just switch over. Please tell me anything to try and help her.

i dont think that she is really gay. what she is doing is avoiding the fact her mom moved out. She's trying to lie to herself so that she doesnt feel sad.
