I am not really sure what's wrong with me?

Question:
I like my life is being ripped away from me. I have absolutly no idea what I can do to make my mood change. I haven't been happy in months. I know I'm depressed, I just wish I could stop all the behavior that is killing my life..... is almost constantly knocking down my door, Anger is in almost everything I say. Crying like I've just lost someone close is commonplace, Hatred of things beyond my grasp is seemingly here to stay. I have no control over my mood. I am down all the time. I am driving away the one's I love and it's not fair. I can't CONTROL EVERYTHING I know that but I should be able to control myself. HELP ME PLEASE!!. Before the ones I love leave.

Answers:
As a professional counselor, I HIGHLY recommend you see either a professional counselor or psychologist. There is on-line help for people in your situation. My nephew who is a 2 time liver transplant patient is acting the same exact way. I would suggest the same for him. DON"T PUSH AWAY THE ONES WHO LOVE YOU! ASK FOR HELP!

Other Answers:
See a psychologist. They'll help you sort out your feelings whether you believe it or not.

"Anxiety and Stress: A Self-Help Program" by Susan Lark. you need a therapist, preferably a psychiatrist, to figure out EXACTLY what is going on, and if medication, therapy, or both are appropriate. The sooner, the better.

It could be easier for you than it is now.

Wow! You seem to be having a hard time with something. Find out what's at the root of your depression and seek help. If you have been diagnosed with depression.take your meds. I highly recommend that you seek professional help. The only thing that will help is going to the doctor and getting a prescription and possibly therapy.Don't wait too long. It's not worth fighting alone. You'll feel better when you get help, and that's all that really matters.
