Yes, it saved my life. I was so depressed, It is really the best thing I ever did for myself. Way better than any anti-depressant.

I haven't, but my uncle did. He was an actor in LA and, later in his life, was so depressed that nothing could help him. He had ECT and swore it was the best thing, and that it saved his life. The only side-effect he really got because of it was his memory got hazy about certain things and he could never remember actually having the therapy.
