Sounds like unresolved anger, usually a response to situations we lived through and had no control over. Could be early childhood trauma, could be some gross injustice, could be that no one heard you when you needed to be heard, could be multiple combinations of the above - whatever it is, it won't go away until you begin searching for the reasons and understanding that you deserve to be happy with yourself and others. I have so been there, got better, but still have to examine from time to time. You are not alone, medication or no medication, find someone to talk to. God Bless you.

You must know yourself, my friend. On a day when you have taken no meds and seen no evil, sit and think. Think hard, meditate, explore your philosophy. Behold the secrets of your own mind. You will see things you did not expect to see. Make sure you are alone in a room undisturbed. Find WHY you hate, WHAT you hate. It is all in your mind and thus can be found somehow. if you already saw a doctor go back and let him know the med's he gave are not working. there is help for you . sometimes you might have to try a few different med's to find the one that works. and the best answer is turn to GOD, HE will help you. and if you are already a christian don't feel bad about having a problem that is why HE gave us doctors and med's. i hope you receive the help you need.
