Question:
is it posible that i could write a horor flick so vile, so graphic and so realistic that it would make Wess Craven p.i.s.s. all over himself
if so who would watch it

Answers:
Your question seems to have aroused the b/p manic folks here, myself included. I'm a Bipolar I and am very artistic and considered above average in intelligence. I've had many manic episodes that brought on violent thoughts and heightened my creatively immensely. No idea spawned in that state of mind would I ever consider impossible. However, writing a horror flick would take a considerable amount of time, realistically. I'm not saying years and years, but enough time would be needed to maintain that manic swing that you're riding long enough to complete it. And mania is a double-edged sword; its that high energy level and sense of almost euphoria that pulls you along and brings out wonderful exciting things but since it isn't a realistic stable mind state to exist in for extended periods of time, feelings of agitation, irritability, and even a fit of violence can easily happen making it a dangerous situation to remain in for long. I've dealt with mine for 15 years and while it's good to use some of it towards something productive, I find it best not to give the bipolar moods too much power and priority with my creativity, since it's undependable. But, that's my way of using it's strong surges to shorter projects and also to get done the things that get procrastinated on when a depression takes hold.

Dude, who cares about Wes Craven? I'm just hoping that you'll stay the hell away from me.
im bi polar and cant stay outa jail i just keep freakin out and breaking stuff.. **** outa here wit pils
I'm sure you could if you stayed in your manic stage long enough and had the most violent thoughts you've ever had. Go for it.
No doubt you could. No doubt at all.

E.A. Poe was a literary genius in some people's minds.

In your "case" intelegence, if not articulation, is clearly there.

But vile ? Graphic s/be enough.

Bah...stranger things have happened.

Make sure you got spellchecker tuned up first.
I think its amazing that your using your condition creatively instead of sitting in your room feeling sorry for yourself. Its fantastic that your putting your thoughts into film & not into action. You are an inspiration to many.Thankfully I'm only a manic depressive I admire you emencly.Anything is possible if you just put your mind to it.I do have one tip for you,if you don't like some of your work that you do,don't throw it away. You can piece it bit by bit to make it perfect. And remember NEVER listen to anyone if they tell you your no good.Thats just their opinion others will love your work.Shaun Hutson the auther was told he was sick in the head & to go get help. But he didn't listen,& now 5 of his "sick" books have been made into very successfull movies.Pursue your dream.Good Luck!
I'd watch it... I have bp too and am in the midst of a depressive episode. I wish I could articulate my emotions and wacked-a** fantasies. I have been in an ultra-rapid cycling funk, so that I'm dpressed for about 18 hrs, then I jump into hypomania for 2 hrs. So I'm manic just long enough to recover what housework and errands I fell behind on, then nose dive again. May be I should write a novel about an insane housewife...
Email me when you finish the script. I'd love to read it...
bi polar isn't so awful. i mean it aint fun, but with the proper medication and counseling, you can mostly learn to live with it.

it is good that your violent thoughts are just thoughts- all the more reason to seek out counseling...

the thing about bi polar is that you can have poor impulse control;~all of a sudden~ and you don't want to act on those thoughts and get yourself into a whole lot of trouble, or maybe hurt someone else.

i don't think there is a whole lot that would make Wes Craven P.I.S.S. all over himself.

(people w/bi polar are also prone to grandiose thoughts; it's the mania part of the disease, so i know that you can't help yourself.)

if you are so intelligent, learn to spell intelligent, horror, and possible.

you could write anything you wanted, but learn how to spell.

don't boast about your intelligence if you can't even spell the word!
