adults with develpmental disabilities vs spinal cord injuries?

Question: Which would it be more difficult to take care of. Im looking to get into direct care and the two jobs for which im applying for are for either/or these two. And what is exactly is Developmentally disabled adult? What would my duties be in the overnight shift?

Answers:
Developmentally disabled adults used to be called mentally retarded. Your duties would depend on where you are working, such as in a group home or more of a nursing home situation.

I would think that severely developmentally challenged adults would be more difficult to take care of because it's essentially taking care of a child- you're responsible for everything. Same goes for a physically disabled adult, however, their mental faculties would be in tact.
