I NEED HELP!!
Answers:
Do this;
Have your parents take you to Home Depot.
Buy a couple of 5-gallon pails with lids.
Take them home. Put some water in each pail, put the lids back on.
Pick up the pails, hold them for 60 seconds. Lay a wall clock on the floor in front of you with a sweep second hand.
When holding the pails, keep your elbows bent, your knees bent, and bend over. This makes your muscles hold the weight, not your bones.
The weight should feel heavy at arond 30 seconds. It should NOT feel heavy the instant you pick up the pails. THAT is too heavy!
If the pails are too heavy, pour out some of the water, if they feel light even after 30 seconds, add more water.
Lift and HOLD the pails once a day.
Once a week, add a bit more water to the pails.
What this does; the pails and theit FORCES your body and MIND to FOCUS entirely on holding up the pails, keeping your balance, etc. Your mind then learns to focus on what is in front of it; the seconds on the clock, while the muscles struggle to hold the weight. After a while, you will focus intensely on everything you do.

uhm. if you're hot, I will volantarily come there and teach you how to concentrate hehe.. i'm especially good with biography. human body preferred..
TRY CONCERTA HAVE YOUR DR GIVE YOU MEDS
Can you afford to see a naturopath? It may be your diet. Additives in food often cause all sorts of disorders. As for being distracted by TV, you'll just have to stay away from it. Look towards your future. If you don't concentrate now and get a good education, you won't have a good job.
You should sit in first line near the teacher so that you don't get distracted. If you don't understand something ask it again. You should learn to be organized, use an agenda. stick to do things notes in your mirror, refrigerator etc. Keep a daily schedule. Do your homeworks at the same time, etc so that you can associate things and do not forget. Do not watch too much TV.

My experience treating children with ADD.
read the information on my testimonials. we have helped many people with ADD.
First of all, you need to get rid of all distractions around you that you can. Turn the TV off when you are working.
You need to have your parents take you back to your pediatrician. There are MANY different ADD medicines and even combinations of medicines you can use to help.
Currently, I have found with my children, that Focalin XR is an excellent medicine that provides excellent results. It is a new medicine so your DR may not be sure about it. I highly recommend it as it worked better than Strattera, Ritalin, or Concerta for us. I hated Concerta. Two of my children cried and were depressed while on it. Ritalin made them wild and strattera was the best, but after a year on it, it didn't work anymore.
Good luck!
ADD is not curable with just some magic medicine,Oh no! it is also taught to oneself by educating yourself on your issues. I once did the 12 steps for the ADD addict and I bought the workbook with it. Let me tell you, I learned alot from it and even you could apply it to your life. There are more than just that book so go to a book store and find one that's fits you the best.
You should not be on those meds. Those are for ADHD. My son is on Concerta. You just have ADD. There is natural stuff you can take.
