Depressed about life, two businesses, trying to keep a good attitude?

Question:
I've been involved in a business for quite some time I've learned a lot, I've been able to use what I've learned in life to do quite well for myself but financially directly from the biz itself I've gained little.
I've recently gotten involved in a different business w/out any conflict of interest as far as product line, and it seems to be goin better than the first,
I've pinned so many hopes up and set so many goals out there to have failed, I'm tired of it, I just want to curl up and cry,
I'm a born again Christian I know God has a plan, I know I am meant for great things, but it seems to distant.
Ideas?

Other Answers:
Hi there, my husband and I have a small business as well and it's been tough going for the last couple of years. There are times when I just want to chuck the whole thing, but it's his dream. How do you step on someone's dream? Having said that, you have to know when to cut your losses. Taking action, even if it means chucking the business, will make you feel more empowered about the situation. Give yourself a concrete deadline as to when you must see a certain percentage of profit. If you don't meet the deadline, cut your losses and focus on something that is profitable. It might mean getting a job and not being your own boss, but that can often be MUCH less stress and hassle.

Best of luck and God Bless You! Hang in there, boy. I know it's tough, but we all go through hard times.

Seek your purpose. If you feel you are on the wrong path search for another (for in the end there is no happiness in living a life we aren't meant to lead). Have faith and be strong, and do not give up on that purpose. I beleive I have just the answer, as this is one of the ministries God called me to. I'm primarily a music minister, so I'll answer you with a song.

"Wait a little while to welcome what you're after. Give it the time to find it's way to you. As soon as you no longer try, you'll turn and find it standing by your side. Just forget it, if you let it, it will come to you."
