I use to date a guy like that. He ate or drank a milkshake of 8 oz. of milk, 1 raw egg yoke, a banana, 4 TBS heaping of peanut butter and blend together. He drank that every morning. He worked out a couple of hours 5 days a week on chest, arms, upper arms, forearms and abdominal muscles. or he carried a short pole around or worked in the yard - landscaping works all those muscles. My brother followed him around and did the same thing.. Worked for them.
