What shoud I do, I am worried, but I don't know why...?

Go do something positive for other people and get your mind off of yourself. You're being selfish here. Give of yourself and your time that you're wasting and you'll be rewarded with a clear and restful mind.
Maybe it's anxiety, you should try to relax yourself, like do something you enjoy to help ease your mind, if it doesn't go away then maybe you should see a doc or something because it may be a chemical inbalance that may require some medication.

It could be anxiety I have it and I get xanax for it it calms me down and taskes away that awful feeling. Theres also another rx called paxil that is taken 1 time a day non narcotic it helps alot too if taken at the right dose and every day. Talk to your doctor.

I hate days like that. I also have days where I'm plagued with a feeling of "impending doom." On those days I stay inside and keep an extra close eye on the kids. Honestly though it could be a number of things:
-imminent change in the weather
-hormones
-negative energy floating around the house (trying burning a white candle and envisioning a brilliant white bubble around your house)
-you really did forget something like to pay a bill or pick up milk or an appointment
-EARTHQUAKE! (no I'm just kidding but the look on your face was priceless)
Have a cup of hot tea and relax, read the newspaper or something and maybe it will come to you.
I get that sometimes too...like out of no where, I'll get depressed/worried and I have no clue what it is, it just happens, it comes and goes. Everyone says its hormones, it's nothing, but I researched it, it's anxiety.
Is thier any thing that you need to get done, maybe there is a deadline approaching. Sometimes when I stress like this it is because I have so much to do that I afraid I'll forget about something, or miss an opportunity. Have a drink or something else to unwind.
Well for the first thing. call your family and make sure that everything is ok with them. I do this every once in a while and i call all the family to find out who it is that something is wrong with.My findings when this happened was that someone i really cared about was either dying or something horrible was happening with them.. If you don't find anything you might want to talk to a proffessional about it.. you have a deep problem tucked away that is trying to get your attention..
take care of your self .. and don't worry to much you will eventually find out what it is and who it is that is trying to let you know something is wrong..
