Yes there are many warning signs. My brother is a parinoid sitzo. and he began to say things that he heard that made no since to any one else. Plus he would say usual things about reality. He would talk on the phone with no one on the other end.

If you hear a voice, and no one speaking around you, well, I think that is a sign that you are about to listen to a few more sessions,
