why do i dream so much?


Question:
whenever i sleep i start dreaming. It dosn't matter day or night. I really dream a lot. Most of the dreams i can recall after i wake up.
Plz give me suggestion how can avoid too much dreaming?

I dont know how to stop it, but I do it too! I dream wayy too much, even if I just fal asleep in class. I remember everything and sometimes i get confused if it really happened or was a dream ? I dont like it and I want it to stop too.
There's no such thing as too much dreaming. It's normal to dream if you get far enough into the sleep cycle. Some people just don't often remember their dreams. You happen to be different, you usually remember them. People that say they never dream are wrong, they just forget their dreams. You're fine, don't worry.
