what should i do if i lose my ability to talk to people?
Question:
Answers:
Don't worry about it. Smiles are sometimes worth as much as words. If you are just not in the mood, avoid them until you are ready. If this is a common problem for you, keep some small talk things handy in your mind to use like the weather, etc. It's often more effective to be a good listener than a talker anyway.

Is it specific topics that bother you or general talking?
if its some topics then i guess u should first talk with those most closest to you so that you have confidence in speaking them before any1 in the whole wide world
if its general talking, then i guess you shouldnt bother too much
