What does it mean.?

Question:
when you dream too much? I dream quite often. These dreams seem very realistic and are quite vivid. It's like the dream actually happened. Also, sometimes, things throughout the day remind me of the dream (things I dreamt of) and I begin to get nervous.

Answers:
I am not quite sure what you mean by too much dreaming. Usually dreams are showing you what your own subconscious is trying to work through, each person is an aspect of yourself. Your dreams sound like lucid dreaming.to me. That is when what you dream feels very real, like you are describing. Does it make you nervous because the dreams are too real, or because bad things happen in them? There is a great book on dreaming called "The Mystical, Magical, Marvelous World of Dreams" by Wilda B.Tanner. It has been a great help to me. My oldest son Christopher has dreams that just happen to be what is going to happen. It scared him at first. Then he found that it was nice to have a good idea of what is to come. Then he is prepared.
I wish I could talk to you more, hope this helps some.
good luck and Blessed Be

Other Answers:
All it means is that you remember dreaming. Don't worry about it.

Dreaming a lot could mean that you're unhappy with your life.

Or it could mean that your job doesn't allow you to be creative.

Or you could be crazy.

That last part happens to me too: I dream something and later on a small part of it happens in real life and I think, whoa, I had a dream about that.

you should definitely get a dream book.. you can teach yourself how to dream and all that it's amazing.. you can intereprete your dreams on this site :) they also have a lot of information on dreams :)

well i just got out of spychology class and we had a section on dreams but in fact dream do not mean any thing basicly dreaming is a way the brain exersises. but we all have this type of dream at leas that what my teach said dont worru u ll be ok This is so fantastic. Your consciousness is expanding. Could it be that dreams is what it is like after you die? You do know that this physical reality will have nothing to do with you in a hundred years even if you exist for millions of years.

That is unless you believe in realty. Many cannot remember dreams at all unless awoken during it. You are more in touch with your subconscious mind. Read this entire page all about you and with expanding consciousness with info from top psychologists.

http://phifoundation.org/happiness.html Well, it is work, but what about keeping a dream journal? You can look back at it and see if there are any connections. Lots of times dreams are bits and pieces and we can't always see the "whole" picture until we either talk it out or write it down. Does that mean every dream has a message? Not necessarily. If you do see a pattern and feel you are having visions of some sort, I'm sure you could find someone to discuss this with, too. Some believe we all have psychic powers - heck, we only use a tiny part of our brains! Try to enjoy - who knows, that creativity could produce something wonderful, too!
