I've decided to take a "mental health" day tomorrow (Friday). What should i do?

go do something outside by yourself. take a hike, make yourself a picnic and eat it in the park, go for a scenic bike ride, or just sleep in and make yourself a killer breakfast whenever you get up.

Do whatever relaxes you the most. Doing breathing excersizes usually relaxes the whole body and calms the mind, or just sit and enjoy your day.

Spend the day reflecting on your accomplishments and letting yourself grow into the human being you are today. Just appreicate life in all its forms and let yourself relax and be happy : if you wanna draw, draw or go for a walk or whatever you want to feel happy!! ENJOY
