I am a guy who is too vain to leave the house without obsessing in the mirror for atleast 45 minutes. HELP!?

Question:
It is my hair that I worry about. Every strand must be in place.
This problem is really a disturbance.

Answers:
Did you ever ask yourself, why does it matter so much to have every little hair in place? Do you like yourself or hate yourself? One day, just take a shower, throw on some clothes and go out and do your regular stuff, you'll see it doesn't matter at all, no one cares at all if you are not perfect! You'll be treated exactly the same if your hair is perfect or not! Try it!, you will see, that no one gives a damn, (how you look), it's how you are towards other people that counts! You have to stop being so self absorbed!

Other Answers:
Shave it all off. You will be amazed how much more time you have for really important things.

Break all of your mirrors. i seen this on oprah.. you should get help soon!! if its getting in the way of your life you need to get help

hullo
this may reflects ego centric behavior, and some narcissism.
you should try to control it,and concentrate on other useful things.
if not ,then you should seek some psychological help.

Dr.solo Take out all the mirrors in your house, put in a closet, face down, keep a small wallet sized mirror up, limit your time to about 10 minutes. It will be harder to see all the spots and hold the mirror so you'll cut down time.

Hope my advice helps! It's a mental problem. Go for a one-time Atlasprofilax treatment. The effect on the self-healing power of your body and mind is amazing - experienced it myself! :-)

Just - the treatment is available in California and Europe only, costing approx. 220 dollars. It's worth travelling far.
