i've used them for around 3yrs to stop me from shaking, and i've never felt tired. i suppose it depends on the individual. try them when you'vew nothing planned for the day and see how u feel. they did work for me. they also calmed me down a quite a bit. hope this helps I take beta blockers for angina and mine don't make me anymore tired than I was before.
