How do you keep everyone happy without compleaty distroying yourself?
An extreme workout to the point of almost blacking out. I usually enjoy a 5k run or sometimes longer, leaving from my house so I will have to continue if I want to get back home in time. Or training with my martial arts instructor (he's crazy) doing several hundred push ups, sit ups, squats, kicks, jumping jacks, and various other exercises. If it is an extreme workout I usually either throw up or come seriously close to blacking out. I don't like to throw up.I'm not that weird, but whenever I survive it and just sit down with my other friends or quit moving as much, I get a high that is unbevievable.How can I improve my reflexes?
