superglue it... it hurts more than anything but my dad did it when he cut his hand REALLY deep and there's not even a scar...

(I wouldn't actually recomend doing that... he had problems w/ his eye soon after that and I don't know if there's some sort of connection btween the two...)

And don't forget to clean the knife!! Or you might get infected the next time you use it on your arm (which, and that's as far as I know generally accepted knowledge, isn't a wise thing to do)
