Breathe deeply & count 2 10.
I put myself in another place in mind. I think of a made up cave inside an iceburg. Yeah I know it sounds strange. If whatever it is is poking through my image I talk myself down. Thinking about what could happen if I let myself loose.
I accidently killed someone with one punch a while back and don't want it to happen again.
use up all ur anger on a soft toy. Or scrible vulgarities on the piece of paper till you feel tired. That way, doesn't embarass you much outside i think. Or drink plenty of water. Sing a rock music. Scream out to the ocean. Act like a fool then laugh at yourself. Find rocks to throw into a nearby stream. Shake your body around till you feel tired. Jump across the street. Clap your hands again and again. Run around till you feel tired.

anyway, anger is something like over excessive energy that wanna comes out to hit that stupid guy who made u angry. Just use it up and u will feel angry no more
Prepare yourself for the "angry situations" . Sit alone in a quite place and when you are all focused on yourself, think about a situation that really makes you angry. Visualize yourself there--now start relaxing and repeating,"(whatever it is) , IT DOESN'T MATTER." Stay in your angry situation till you feel you calmed down yourself a bit. Try again next day. It takes days of practice to develop that kind of control.

Start today by saying loud in every tough situation -- "It doesn't matter."

Good Luck.
