Am I going insane??
Question:
Answers:
Not insane because you are sane enough to recognize that something is "off." If it is truly a mental disorder, there is medication, but must be taken faithfully. Take the time to make and keep and appointment with a mental health specialist. Hang in there and good luck! If it's just dyslexia, they'll be able to test for that too.

Probably!
Sounds like me. I have Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder & unwanted, interrupting thoughts in my head.
The first part of your posts does sound like dyslexia, and I would be tested for that. But, as far as the random thoughts, wouldn't it feel more like insanity if there were NO thoughts in your head? I say, keep those random thoughts comin'!
Last year I had a period of going through something simular. It was as if everything took me much more time to take in, to understand what was going on.
I also felt very tired. I went to a doctor, and it came out that it had something to do with my thyroid glands. Now I am fine again.
If this is something that has recently changed for you, maybe you should go to the doctor too and let yourself get checked!
The help you need won't be found here, you need to speak with a professional, a psychologist.
Go to s Doctor!!
your concentration span is almost negative............well all you can do for this is Meditate....and do this religiously.....if yu love yourself..........
I went through something just like this, first of all do you have any disability or deacease? like asthma or something? My doctor linked this to my asthma. He said that my body always works extra hard because I have asthma and osgoodslaughters and then I was extremely busy all the time, I took to many classes and I was involved in way to many activities. He said that made my body totally bug out because it was trying to keep running on top of all the stress. Are you really busy right now? If so you should drop some stuff you're doing and take it easy. That worked for me! Best of wishes!
You need to go to a doctor. Sounds like you need medication.
any time my meds were changed shortly after my diagnosis that stuff happened all the time, it still does if my stress level is up or I am really depressed. You're fine.
You should get cheacked for Dyslexia. I have Randome thoughts all the time so I think that normle. Or you could be really tired so try to sleep more, also trust be your not insane, if you were you would not want help.
Looks like you got some good advice. Most people do have "crazy" random thoughts sometimes. If you were "really" going insane... I don't think that you would be aware that you weren't feeling like yourself. You'll get through this!
