concious mind. You do not sleep with a calm mind.stress is the main reason
It's not really science. It's your mind's way of "downloading" everything you have dealt with during the day, along with any fears/anxieties/issues you might have.
The body uses sleep to repair and refresh itself, that's why we need sleep. The mind does the same thing through dreaming.
If your dreams are disrupting your sleep, you may need to seek outside counseling to deal with some of your issues.
they say the longest dream is only like 7 seconds long. so i cannot see it driving away your sleep. i enjoy sleeping its away of relaxing in your sleep.
It is mostly the matter of the way you think and also the things you often see. If you invest your time pondering over useless things and also daydream, then you are bound to get meaningless dreams.
