I am Totally Frustrated with my Life & I have started feeling like Ending my life?

Question:

I am a 20 year old male from india.I have a 60 % speech disoder and also hearing problem.No body undestands me and i at times i also can't understand what they are saying to me.I can't pronounce the words properly or i am not able to pronounce the words at all.Also i become completely freeze (like a mum) infront of people.I have lost confident of talking with people.Whenever i try to talk the words won't come out properly and i cannot express my self like a noramal person.I can't afford speech therapy also which may able to solve my problem.
I have no friends and i have become lonely.Everyone just ignores me.
I am totally frustrated with this

Floyd, crap or get off the pot. How many times now have you posted this same sad story. Sheeeshh!

You might think things look grim now but they do get better. Live one day at a time. I to felt like ending it a couple times but I stuck it out and now things aren't that bad. Although are situations are different. Just remember there are people out there that are worse off than you.
