hell no you shouldn't get over it
i need a description which will make this more sad, it seems like it was awesome to be mourning for so long
Sorry about your Bike you must have loved it a lot !
Its high time you got over it, I mean you cant go on forever can you ?
Take care and God Bless you !
I'm sure it was a traumatic incident. Maybe a new bike will help heal the wound? Or maybe help a kid learn to ride one. I'm sure by teaching someone something new, you'll be grateful for the times you did have with your bike and eventually learn to let go.
Get over it.
you should make it your personal mission to save all kids bikes, you could be like a superhero and serve justice to heartless bike-stealers everywhere
I'm not sure how long you should mourn it...but 18 years!! C'mon...I know it urks you to no end....but having it stolen was bad enough. Dwelling on it is only contributing to your own misery. Figure out whatever you hafta do to give up the ghost!
18 years?!? Over a bike?? Wow, get a grip, hon, it was just a bike. They're easily replacable. My kids and I have had at least 5 or 6 bikes stolen right out of our own back yard in all that time. It's something to be upset about for a while, maybe a few months tops, but not 18 years! :(
You should spend every dying day of your life tracking down the perpertrators, until you cannot function any more. Then, when you find the rusty broken down mess, you can finally get some peace,...well, maybe, because then there is the revenge factor that should haunt you for a long time. LOL...of course you should get over it...forgive others or you won't be forgiven for things you did....Even though it was something that cannot be brought back, and I am sorry about that, we all have to come to the conclusion of just that, it cannot be brought back, and there is no need to hang on to it..let it go...Good Luck...do you have OCD by the way? A lot of people I know with OCD have the perpensity to hang on to people and things long after the fact...Good Luck my friend, pray on it, for closure
