what happened..when i was in20's i was funny and happy now i am boring.is it depression?

is it life ? i mean it was tuff when younger way worse life but i laughed anyway what happens to a person ? i want to laugh and be interesting again i read etc and try to keep up i ahve lost my social skill? or what ?

Realize what makes you happy. Always do something that makes you go WHEW! Like I enjoy Playstation2. So I ensure I play 3-5 times a week. My woman knows I need it to. So whatever you enjoy, make sure you make time for it in your busy schedule called life.
Has a lot to do with adult hood. Responsibilities now are much higher. You just need to set goals to attain them in which will reduce stress levels.

I also had same feeling when I was 19yr old.
But now I am toooo much happy & very confident that I was never before.

All this happened to me becoz I remain busy with good friends & engage myself in challenging task all the day..

Try not to spend time alone....be social.

its called growing up we all have to do it sometime and it sucks
1) get a new hobby
2) start socialising
3) get a religion if u dont have one
4) recall what makes u happy and starts from there
get out of your state of depression find your self go out see someone go for a drive go for a walk get a pet it worked for me i have a ig she gets on my harley and rides with me all the time the bike don't go out if she don't she has me vary happy i am single and she is the coolest she has harley jackets she loves to ride and i can turn to her when i need her pets are a lot of fun please get a pet
Get a job in telesales, involve your kids in activities, where u can watch with other mothers, then make friends. Friends will help, wheres the husband in this ? Msg if u want to chat
it is depression. try exercising. and look at life from a positive angle. try holisticonline.com. go crazy. splurge on some junk food. you know dance and sing real loud.
