physical sysptoms of anxiety and stress?

what are some of the physical sysptoms of anxiety and stress that some of you have dealed with strange and not so strange.

Chronic stress can cause heart attacks,ulcers,strokes,diabete.
I felt like I was having a heart attack. I had chest pains, sweats, hot flashes, shaking. It felt like the world was closing in on me. I seriously thought I was dying. Anxiety attacks are terrible.
I've had chest pains that go down my arm, dizziness, faintness, feel ill and weak, difficulty breathing
#1 abnormal eating patterns
eating too much till you get reflux disease and gain weight or
loss of appettite so you rapidly lose weight.
#2 loss of energy
decrease performance in job, decrease daily activity ,likespending a whole day in front of the tv
#3 abnormal sleeping
either aslleep all the time or loss of sleep or sleeping at inappropriate time
#4 ulcer disease
chronic high stress gives increase stomach acidity and decrease in protective layer of stomach.
#5 high blood pressure
chronic stress will cause prolonged high stimulatin to the heart system causing increase in the blood pressure.

#7 smoking and other bad habits like drinking which open a whole new world of physical problems.
#8 dental caries
maybe through interfering with salivation(the spit in the mouth is decreased so food remains are not washed away efficiently so you get tooth problems)
The list can be endless. Anxiety can cause chest pain, and make your heart race. You can get severe stress related aches and pains ANYWHERE in your body, but the most common places are the head, neck, shoulders, and back. Stomach problems can also occure when one is stressed.
