What supplements help with stress?

When under an insane amount of mental and emotional stress, what vitamins and supplements should you increase your intake of?

Answers:
Try B-Complex -- it's supposed to help with stress. I take it and it actually does help, and helps me deal with the pressures of the day better. When I forget to take it for a few days, I notice the difference.

i know this may sound weird but have you tried midol pamprim any of those used for irratibiliity in periods Check out Enzymatic Therapy's stress formulas. They are a credible manufacturer.

Take them regularly, but in Maui! <kidding> Best wishes for it all to slow down a bit! All of the B vitamins, Omega 3 supplement, zinc will help, and throw in St Johns Wort for luck. Try some relaxation techniques for times you feel like exploding.
