i take lithium for the bipolar,and xanax for my anxiety and effexor for the anxiety and depression.i have only been at this for a month,so i have to give it more time.
I find it interesting that someone has bipolar and depression (since bipolar is depression with mania), but whatever.
Lithium is the most effective drug for bipolar people.something like 70 percent effective. I take Ritalin LA twice a day for ADHD, but I've heard Concerta (once a day) or Adderall are good too.
But as someone said before me, you need to talk to your doctor and tinker around to figure out what's best for your body.

actually I have Bipolar, depression, ADD, and also OCD and DID I am taking Topamax, Lexapro, Adderall XR, Xanax, Risperdal, and Ambien and Chloral Hydrate for sleep
Are you serious? lol drugs work differently for different people your dr is the only one that would know what would be best for you sounds like u wanna just pill pop. sorry just my opinion.
