how long does it take to build tolerance to prozac?

Question: i've been taking it for many years and am now in a real bad spot mentally and emotionally. i know i need help real bad but it's not as easy as it would seem to be. things just seem to be getting worse by the day. the prozac obviously isn't working anymore. i take it in combination with wellbutrin but haven't seen any positive results from that drug.
