When Im having all this dizziness For those who know me should i just lie around or try to keep up?

You could have a sinus infection which can cause pressure to build up in your sinus cavities. This will make your head hurt, cause pressure around your eyes, give you a runny nose or feel stuffed up, and can cause you to feel dizzy because of the pressure in your ears. Considering that you've got sinus and ear symptoms too, I'd guess that you might have an inner ear infection, which can be VERY DANGEROUS. Believe it or not, it can spread to your brain and kill you. Get this checked out ASAP.
