How to you stop an anxiety attack? I do deep breathing and that helps some but not enough. It just goes away?

While you're waiting to see professional help, read all you can on the web about what other people do. And try to get in touch with your feelings when you feel it starting up. Am I feeling fear? Anger? Excitement? Does it happen when you're along or just when you have to deal with people? Etc. Write it all down so you'll be able to give your professionals a clear picture of what's going on with you.
I have heard that breathing into a paper bag for a few minutes will help. Go to the doctor and describe your problems. You may need to be placed on a medication to prevent these attacks.
