Answers:
im coming up on two days now too. i just can't sleep. i know its not healthy cause i went to the doctor and it lowers you immunity and causes problems with metabolism and can cause weight gain. hope you fall asleep soon and i hope i fall asleep soon too :-/
It's not a good thing I'll tell you that you should get some sleep man..take some NyQuil that will do the trick
once i stayed up for 14days and i haven't been the same since
you are already ina danger zone. i satyed up 3 nights in a row for my exams and ended up in a hospital with saline unconcious. You don't wanna do that to your body. Go grab some sleep
its technically not dangerous. there was a guy who did a study of how long he could stay up. he went 5 days or something.. he was literally hallucinating and acting completely like a scizophrenic.. then when he fell asleep and woke up he was completely normal.. they say you will die if you go too long without REM sleep (rapid eye movement).. but truthfully the likely scenario is you will just fall asleep when you need it that bad. so have fun with it lol..
Extremely. Your body does alot to compensate for the loss of sleep. The most dangerous thing that occurs is your body cannot regulate its own temp. You can actually die of hypothermia. Even the military has stopped sleep deprivation training. Go to sleep dude!
If you really want to find out, get some sleep and then google the question. Btw, after around 3-4 days, depending on your body, and amount of work you do, you'll start feeling the REAL reason why you should have jus gone to sleep earlier. Experience speaking.
try and tell me. best of luck.
yeah, yeah. i'm an insomniac too and i'll tell you this: get some dam sleep dude. is it dangerous? yes in often subtle ways. your body and your brain need rest. if you can regulate your sleep you will be much healthier, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
one time i didnt go to sleep for about three weeks
