What is wrong with me?

Question:
I don't think i am supossed to be here. I think the PTB got it wrong. I keep thinking that i have no right to be alive. I dunno my head just won't shut up.

Answers:
Suffering with a brain that will not shut up is up there with any of the most horrific conditions a person can experience. Both conventional treatments and alternative treatments can be worse than useless. The first thing to bear in mind is that what you feel can be totally different from what is fact. The fact that you are alive gives you as much right as anyone else to be alive. In addition, who is the final arbitrator of who is supposed to be here or not? Doctor, clerics and everyone who proffers an answer to that question is full of it. The best advice I can offer you, is to summon up as much strength as you can and take control of your illness, that is all it is, an illness like a flu or cancer etc.
How do you start to fight this illness?
Unfortunately medication is your first port of call, there are medications out there that will help slow down that racing mind and hopefully not take you down or turn you into a zombie. If you your doctor does not take a practical approach to the meds they prescribe, they are either one of two things whores to the drug companies or rubbish or both. What I mean by this is, if your doctor insists on one type of medication only or say they are certain that this is the med for you, loose them quick and search out a good doctor immediately. The point I tying to make is that finding a medication that helps is a process of trail and error and a frustrating one at that. That is why you need, as much strength as you can muster, but it will be worth it. Once you slow down your mind then you are ready to go the next step, which could be a talk therapy or your faith etc. However do not except things at face value, keep an open mind to things, but always insist on explanations. Take control!
N.B never take or withdraw medications unless you are under the care of a doctor (good or not).

Good Luck! The journey to wellness is worth the pain.
slow down and relax
