every time i go to the bed i get depressed and then can't sleep...how could i get rid of this?

Here are a few things you can try to get a good night sleep :)
1) Maybe try and go for a walk or do some kind of exercise in the evening which will make you kinda tired and sleepy.
2) Try n take shower with cold water before you go to bed, it can relax your senses.
3) Listen to some soothing music while lying on the bed.
4) Think of a loved one and the good times you have had with them.
5) Put some good lotion all over your body after taking shower at night.
6) Burn some nice candels like lavender or any other fragnance that you like.

Ask your DR. about putting you on a low dose Seroquil. its what i am on, and it helps me sleep. knocks ya out like a light...hehe
You don't want to exercise too late, because it will only keep you awake. You could try Yoga or Tai Chi for relaxation. Or perhaps meditation would help. There are also natural teas you can drink that will promote sleepiness.
