It ssems when I take my Xanax my blood pressure goes down but my pulse goes up,any ideas,I am going crazy with

Question: all the answers about beer and Xanax,,,,,,do it ,dont do it.Like i said i did it for 3 years,no problem tilll a few months ago.Im stressing over it so thats proberly whats up with my anxiety and Blood pressure and heart rate,my heart rate now is 111 but irt goes higher,will beer bring heart rate down?

I am not a doctor but you might want to see one and ask if trading in xanax for effexor-xr might be helpful.
