If you are feeling like doing so, please prepare a list of things that worries you. May be counsellor can check it and advice you.
Also if you review the list later, may be you will find out most of the things worrying you are not much serious things and you really do not have any problem.
Try doing things you like, such as listening to music, play games, watching TV (but choose what you watch), etc. Also find a good friend who listens to you, and advice you properly.

Maybe the counselors can help you sort some of the stuff out in your head. Go talk to one, what can it hurt?
