I start imagining situations and enact the character?

Question:
And usually the situations i enact are sad involving tears where i am the victim. Once i start doing it i enact everyday.

My life is pretty happy and i have no major worries

How i want to come out of this. Please tell me why this happens and also tell me way to come out of this

Answers:
is there something tragic which you are trying to fade from your memory. too much hapiness could also make you feel insecure. as in "what is the other side of happiness".

however the best thing you need to do now is be positive and occupied. positive energy will drive away all your fears and negatve thoughts. read something good - watch films if nothing else - keep your mind busy with something !

other way is - after you finished your enacting the sad character - take a deep breath and be glad that it was just a thought and not really something with you. this will feel a burst of positive energy bouncing thru you !

I do it all the time especially at night. I think it's normal and everyone does it

Perhaps you need to cry because there is something you are suppressing. You said you tend to place yourself as victim. I answered your dream question before I read this one and as I said there, I wonder if you were abused at some time. My cousin told me he often reenacted being victimized. I have talked to others who have done so as well. I’m unsure why, but I believe it is a way to get in touch with the part of the soul that was damaged and lost at the point of abuse. If abuse is the issue, I suggest therapy. Make sure you and the therapist connect. It is most important that you feel at ease and trust this person or sessions will be useless. I also found that a woman therapist was best for me because of trust issues.

If you were not abused, there is so much more to know in answering your question. Do you have many friends? If you are lonely or don't want to deal with certain things in your life, role-playing or daydreams may be enticing substitutes. What kind of music do you listen to? What do you read or watch on TV? Does it romanticize victims? If so, change format. Watch something empowering or inspiring or funny. As for the nightmares, the two may be connected. Perhaps they come from the role playing. If you imagine yourself as victim, it will came out in your dreams, like being chased by an attacker.

These are only a few possibilities. If no one’s answer helps, you may talk to your preacher, priest, or doctor. He may be able to help. Good luck.
