Car wreck, pain, depression and feeling overwhelmed?

Question:
I was involved in a serious car accident (someone ran a red light & hit me) on October 11th. I'm now undergoing treatment for both PT and chiropractory issues. I am in constant pain, I have a never-ending headache. My car was totaled, it was a 99 model, paid off. I can't afford a car note, I can't find a decent used car..bottom line, I feel COMPLETELY overwhelmed and depressed.someone please tell me HOW to feel better and how to be more positive. I can't stand feeling sorry for myself, but I am, I do..I hurt, I'm sad and I'm totally overwhelmed..any advice?? It's GOT to get better - right?

Stop and thank the creator you are still alive.and ask him to help you get better and get back on your feet.we are glad you are still here today to post a question

email me if you want to chat.
I'm so sorry to hear about your problem- that sounds like a lot to deal with. I'm an insurance agent- are you able to go after the at-fault party? You don't sound like you're at fault so your insurance company (I'm assuming you had insurance) should be able to go after the other party for you.
For your mental health issues- you seriously need time to relax and get feeling PHYSICALLY better before you can mentally get there. Maybe even a few sessions with a therapist?? Do you have family you can turn to - or any close friends?
I'm so sorry for your problem- good luck to you!
You have to look at it like this when times are tough and you think you hit rock bottom things cant get any worse plus if you religious god works in mysterious ways and every thing happens for a reason just go to church have faith and I promise everything will be alright. good luck
Wow, sorry to hear that..
I would try getting some professional help. They will help you to get out of this rut. Look at this way count your blessing that you came out alive. Focus on your next level in life. Good Luck
Oh honey, I'm sorry that you are in pain.
Remember though, that it was only a couple of weeks ago. It WILL get better.
Just search for as long as you can to find a car, since that will get you out of the house and something to work towards, and I send you best wishes for a speedy recovery.
