You should try and get a full 8 hours of sleep every night. You will feel very refreshed in the morning. Also, try not to eat before bed. I don't usually eat for 2-3 hours before bedtime, but some people go to sleep with a full tummy. It really depends on what works best for you.
Eat a good breakfast in the morning too. This will give you a great start to your day.
