Why do I sometimes get the first letters of two words flipped around?

Question: Sometimes II will mess up when I am talking and will say something like, "Dehind the Boor" when I should have said "Behind the Door". Or something like "Ficture Pame" when I should have said "Picture Frame". I found out that this happens alot to other people as well.

Why do we do that???

Answers:
This is normal because we think in pictures and concepts and sometimes get ahead of the words to express it. f it happens to extreme then maybe dyslexia is an issue.
