Emotional depress eczema, anyone with similar experience, please help.?

I am not sure, but I think it's because of my mood. I have depression and is taking anti-depressant medicine. Last sunday i was very upset and angry. Then the eczema appear on monday and got worst fast today tuesday.
So itchy, what can I do to make it less itchy. I try ice, but still no help.
What else can I do?

I have a friend that has eczema really bad and literally peels when she has a flare up I know it sounds pretty gross right. You can't help it, it sort of has to run its course. If you r itchy try an oatmeal bath. You can buy these like Aveno at your local drugstore. Soak in the oatmeal bath and you will be less itchy. If you can't do that right now maybe take a couple teaspoons of Benedryl or Dihenhydrimine it will help you to stop itching. I'm not about your depression, but but you can assist your immune system to heal your skin naturally by avoiding using soap (shampoo, detergent, etc.).
