I suffer from depression. I'm on effor XR and would like to get off of it. Withdrawl is terrible. Please help.

like you i suffer from depression. the meds i took had the same effects until i found a natural cure. u need to get down to ur local health store and look for a product called relora or relacore. they are all natural with no side effects. hope this helps.
be sure you are discussing this with your dr. don't just stop cold turkey. this should be a gradual process and it may be a sign that you actually need the meds.
