I am really stressed out from school work. what should i do?

I have alot on my mind. long term assisnments are due and i am loaded with test. what will help me to relax.

don't give up. i've been going through a stressful time in my life as well - moving, starting new job, sick family members, etc... what i did that helped me was i got really organized. make a list of everything that needs to get done. then rate them on importance. then do them. between each one take a small break, take a walk, take a bath - just don't get side tracked...and stay away from the phone and instant messangers, they'll only distract you. good luck!
take a 15 minute break and do something that you like to do. Either read an interesting book, watch tv, or play a game. You can also exercise.
