do any of you have case managers? what do they help you with?

Where I live, if you have insurance through the state, you can get a case worker/manager.
they help you with paperwork, make sure you get to appointments, do weekly checkins with you (more if necessary), help with meds, get you involved in activities, etc.
Mine has been very helpful getting me out of my cave.
